Appointment Deposit/Cancellation/No Show+Reschedule Policy

At M Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional service tailored to your needs. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we kindly request a deposit ranging from $50 to $100, depending on the length of your treatment. This deposit will be seamlessly deducted from your total bill during checkout, reflecting our commitment to transparency and convenience for you!

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need adjustments from time to time. Therefore, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. This consideration allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting a slot!

In the event of a no-show, late cancellation, or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, the deposit will unfortunately be forfeited. However, we believe in fairness and flexibility. Should unforeseen circumstances arise, please reach out to us via phone call, text, or email during our office hours (9 am - 6 pm). We're here to assist you in rescheduling and avoiding any loss of deposit!
